What to Expect
At MTB Girls Ride Club, we believe mountain biking is more than a physical sport—it's a connection between your mind, body, and bike. While skills matter, real progression happens when confidence, focus, and movement work together on the trail.
Our clinics are designed to help riders build both technical skills and mental strength. Through supportive coaching and guided trail practice, you'll learn how to trust yourself, manage fear, stay present, and ride with greater confidence and control.
The Mind-Bike-Body Connection
Many riders have the physical ability to ride challenging terrain but are often limited by hesitation, self-doubt, or uncertainty. Our coaching focuses on helping riders develop confidence, awareness, and trust in their abilities so they can ride with more flow and less fear.
We'll work on:

Body position and balance
Cornering, climbing, and descending
Braking and traction control
Flow and momentum

Riding with greater calm, control, and predictability

MTB Girls Ride Club is building a nationwide network of ride clinics, group rides, and mountain biking experiences designed to help riders gain confidence, build skills, and connect with an incredible cycling community.
