#ThrowbackThursday: Trail House Santa Rosa—Bikes, Brews & Building Community Since 2016
When Trail House opened in December 2016, it wasn’t just a bike shop or café—it was a bold new model for cycling culture in Santa Rosa. Founded by Glenn Fant and Shane Bresnyan, the space quickly became a go-to hangout for post-ride beers, pre-trail tune-ups, and shared stories over coffee. Located just below Trione-Annadel State Park, Trail House blends top-tier gear, skilled mechanics, and local craft beer into a one-of-a-kind experience for riders.
At the heart of this culture is Hella Mello Racing, the North Bay’s premier women’s cycling team—and a big part of what makes Trail House such a dynamic, inclusive space. While Hella Mello is women-led, the team is proudly co-ed and community-focused, hosting Lady-Led Rides that make it fun for women and men to ride together. From beginner-friendly joy rides to race training and events, their energy sets the tone.
Tonight, the stoke is real as we kick off the first Lady-led Coed Ride of the season —proof that when women lead, everyone moves forward.
Here’s to nearly a decade of building trails, teams, and togetherness at Trail House Santa Rosa!
