August gave us an incredible range of stories, from young riders discovering what’s possible at Woodward to elite athletes pushing their limits at Leadville, and the coaches, volunteers, trail builders, and everyday riders strengthening our community along the way. Lauren Aggeler’s U23 victory at the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 MTB captured the power of preparation, perseverance, and growth, while our stories from Woodward and our partnership with Tahoe Area Mountain Bike Association reminded us that the future of mountain biking is about more than competition. It’s about creating space for women and girls to ride, building confidence, protecting our trails, and bringing more riders forward.
