Wente Women's MTB Ride Wente Mountain BIke Getaway October 2026

Women of Wente: Fall Riding Weekend Built for Connection at the Wente Mountain Bike Getaway

From Local Trails to Big Dreams

Join MTB Girls for the Women of Wente Fall Group Ride, October 2–4 at the Wente Mountain Bike Getaway presented by Trail Head  Cyclery

There is something special about riding mountain bikes in the fall. The air is cooler, the trails are calling, and there is nothing quite like gathering a group of women together for riding, adventure, friendship and connection.

This October, MTB Girls Ride Club is proud to partner with Trail Head Cyclery at Wente for the Women of Wente Fall Group Ride, October 2 through October 4, as part of the Wente Mountain Bike Getaway.

Women will have the opportunity to ride together, meet new riding friends and experience Wente’s incredible trail system in a welcoming group environment. Whether you are an experienced mountain biker who loves putting in the miles or you’re looking for a supportive group to explore with, the Women of Wente Fall Group Ride is designed to bring women together on the trails.

Ride Together. Connect. Explore.

The Women of Wente Fall Group Ride is about more than simply getting out for a mountain bike ride. It is about creating the kind of experience that makes women want to come back, bring their friends and become part of a larger riding community.

Arrive with your riding buddies or come on your own. Either way, the group ride creates an easy way to meet other women who love mountain biking and want to spend time outside together.

There is no pressure to be the fastest rider in the group. The goal is to ride, explore, connect and have fun.

Make It a Full Wente Experience

The Women of Wente Fall Group Ride is part of the larger Wente Mountain Bike Getaway, a three-day outdoor adventure taking place October 2–4.

Ride more than 20 miles of singletrack, participate in guided rides and skills opportunities, enjoy camping and chef-prepared meals, spend time at the lake and take advantage of activities away from the bike.

Bring your partner. Bring your kids. Bring your best riding friends. Or come solo and meet your people when you get there.

The beauty of Wente is that everyone can create their own experience while still being part of the larger community.

A Place for Women and Families

One of the things that makes the Wente Mountain Bike Getaway especially appealing is that you don’t have to choose between a mountain bike adventure and time with your family.

While women head out for the Women of Wente Fall Group Ride, family members can enjoy the many activities available throughout the property. Swimming, rowboats, sailing, fishing, hiking, disc golf putting, archery, gas campfires and other outdoor activities give everyone something to look forward to.

For women who have ever hesitated to attend a riding event because they weren’t sure whether their family would enjoy it, Wente offers a different kind of experience.

You can ride your bike and still have a great getaway for everyone.
